Normally the parcels are sent via registered air-mail, unless specified otherwise in the description. In rare cases delivery can take up to 30 days.

In the case of non receipt and/or damage of the goods Med-Cash.com will not authorize any refunds until a full investigation has taken place. We are unable to complete these actions until a period of 30 days has passed due to the post offices tracking procedure. All orders should also be insured by your credit card provider.

We kindly ask you to get in touch with us immediately whatever problems might occur and not to cancel transactions by filing disputes with your credit card company. If there is any kind of problem we will always seek a solution resulting in either a refund or a replacement of your order.
